If you have finished testing out Ubuntu and want to go ahead with a full installation on to your computer then nothing could be simpler. The whole process is automated, all you have to do is specify the language you want it in and how much hard disk space you want to give it.
I would suggest that you give Ubuntu the whole hard disk to install to. You can at a later date change how much space it does take up if you want to create space. Perhaps for another partition for an extra drive or the installation of another operating system.
The video below shows the process of installing the operating system. Don't worry about the bit that highlights the format (ext3), use the default values and you should be fine.
PLEASE ensure that any important data you have is copied to somewhere safe as the installation process will wipe the disk clean before copying the system files.
