This site allows you to report you faulty line in English. It will also take you through a step by step process to check for simple propblems.
Before filling out a form, make sure the problem with your landline is not coming from your phone sockets or equipment (telephone, fax, modem, Livebox, ADSL filter).
It is important to thoroughly check all your equipment before having a technician dispatched onsite. If your equipment or installation was the problem, you could be charged a minimum of € 54.49 (taxes included) for the technician's travel time.
